Weekly Wellness

Question: What is the hurry? Where are you going that is so important that you are taught to be five steps ahead? Totally neglecting the present?

That is the question that plaques us, isn't it? Wishing our lives away. I'm guilty of the same. The trick is to try and walk the path and be conscious of its walking at the same time.

Live, and live well.

Breathe. Breathe in and breathe deeply. Do not be past. Do not be the future. Be now.

Today, I encourage you to pause. Stand still and breathe. And really, honestly feel it all for what it is worth.
